The team of Mardan.com is pleased to announce that an old singer finally received financial support from the Provincial Government. Badshazarin Jan is a well known Pushto singer from Mardan. She was one of the best singers of her time. The team of Mardan.com published her Bio data and made an appeal to help the singer. This report was also published in Pasoon magazine. As a result the correspondent of Express News paper, Mr Rokhan Yousafzai made a contact with Badshazarin Jan and arranged an interview with her. Later on this was published in Daily Express.

 

The provincial minister Syed Aqil Shah read the article and took a personal interest in the appeal. He then went to the house of Badshazarin Jan, had a look at her current living standards, saw her medals and certificates. He was impressed by her work and announced to provide financial support for the retired singer.

 

Badshazarin Jan is currently living in Peshawar with her relatives and is facing financial difficulties. The team of Mardan.com is grateful to Rokhan Yousafzai and the provincial minister in helping out Badshazarin Jan. But we still have more old singers who need financial support. And Qamro Jan is definitely one of these singers who deserve most. Our work will continue. With your help!!
